Backed with our thorough industry expertise, we accompany our clients through major evaluation and transformation exercises in business processes, IT systems and human capital. To expand its operations in France & Belgium, Sia Conseil is urgently looking for junior consultants.
 
Job Description
To support its growth, Sia Conseil is looking for bright individuals with a Master Degree in engineering, IT, business or economics, preferably complemented with an M.B.A., with a first company experience, excellent analytical skills, as well as a desire for personal impact. We look for dynamic people committed to building relationships and delivering results.
Sia Conseil consultants deliver high added value services in a range of industries. According to your level of expertise and experience, you will be involved in transformation projects and/or expertise-based projects. You will be handed project execution assignments through several business units at our clients. Your personal growth is our goal.
 
Qualification
  • Master degree or equivalent in engineering, business, economics, IT, preferably followed by an MBA
  • 1 to 2 years of job experience in consultancy company or in one of our targeted industries
  • Outstanding team member and analytical skills,
  • Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed,
  • Interest in and affinity with business processes, IT Strategy, and/or HR
  • Languages at least French, Dutch and English.
