Job Description
To support its growth, Sia Conseil is looking for bright individuals with a Master Degree in engineering, IT, business or economics, preferably followed by an M.B.A., with a strong track record, excellent analytical skills, as well as a desire for personal impact . We look for people committed to building relationships and delivering results.
Sia Conseil consultants deliver high added value services in a range of industries. According to your level of expertise and experience, you will be involved in transformation projects and/or expertise-based projects. You will be handed project management and high level execution assignments. Your experience through several years of work in the industry or as a consultant, gives you the required maturity and helicopter view to structure and deal with complex problems and projects across different business units of our clients. Gradually, you develop your managerial skills. Your personal growth is our goal.
Qualification
Master degree or equivalent in engineering, IT, economics or business, preferably followed by an M.B.A.
Around 5 years of job experience in a consultancy company or in one of our targeted industries,
Outstanding mature team member delivering consultancy services
Capacity to lead a small team of consultants
Capacity to analyse complex problems from different angels and be synthetic in your conclusions
Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed,
Interest in and affinity with IT Strategy, HR and business processes
Languages: at least French, Dutch and English
